    The Forester Group has decided not to continue with a million dollar debt offering. While this may have been a smart decision for them some say their decisions weakens the market. Other investors say it is the result of the market. Either way, expect their decision to have repercussions.

    Zillow to Undergo Changes

    A coalition between Real Estate investors and Community Action Groups has come together to create a new Tech Town and not where you think. California has long been home to the tech savvy but now the other side of the country will be too. Dayton, Ohio is said to be one of the hardest hit cities. At the same time many commercial transactions and low-key home transactions are changing the face of the town. Many people are clueless as to the plans this coalition has for the town. Both commercial and non commercial real estate agents are picking up properties for pennies on the dollar. At the same time an infrastructure is being built so that this unknown city will have a sturdy foundation to become a technology haven for those flocking away from California but still want to live in a tech savvy town. This will be one to watch over the next 3-5 years.


    Good News; Bad News

    Depending on who you are this may sound like good news or bad news. Some experts forecast another 25% fall in home prices between now and the year 2015. For those of you desperate to sell this is bad news. If you are a long term investor this is good news. That means there is still plenty of time to generate income to buy homes at rock bottom prices.
